how can I determine the tower my calls are coming through?

I see from my bill that sometimes my service comes from Belleville, and sometimes through Cobourg. Cobourg causes long distance charges. Belleville doesn't.  The long distance charges are killing me. Last month, the long distance charges were 3 times more than the standard usage fee. Most of the LD was incoming evening calls and should have been free, so I didn't notice how long they were.  

Hi, please contact Client Care at *611 or 1-866-558-2273 to find out why the location on the bill is changing and why you're getting charged for LD.

**Hint: Usually if you're outside of your local area and you answered an incoming call, the calls will be charged and if you're within your area and you called a number that's outside your local it will be charged.
