Why is it that when my contract ends i have to contact telus to change my rates, there is no reason that telus cannot take care of its clients better than this. i have asked to be contacted when my phone contract ends and they say that they cannot do this, are you kidding me............


Silver plate service does not exist at telecommunication companies. If you can find one offering such service, by all means switch to it. A personal call at the end of a contract is really asking too much. A little exertion is required by the customer on their own account.
