Resolved! Bill is too high doesnt seem right

I have sharelight 45 nationwide talk(45$) and 3gb data which is 50$ , not to mention on a bring your own phone deal and the total bill is 147.84, the bill is 95$ how does it tax so much this is waaayyy to expensive. Fix this telus jeezus.

Does anyone know what happens to an unused balance when the time expires? Mine will expire on May31, 2014, does that mean I lose my money? Does anyone know the answer to this? Thanks
