Resolved! Phone number change

I changed my phone number online and was told it would take approximately 15 minutes. It has now been over an hour and 15 minutes that I have been unable to use my phone. Is this normal? Is there something I can do? I can't make calls so I can't call...

Is there still a live chat support thing for Telus Mobility? Where do I find it?

Resolved! Must have a phone with telus for 3 months to get an ipad?

One of my co-workers tried to activate a ipad and apprently you must have your cell phone account with telus for a minimum of 3 months before you are allowed to get an ipad from them? can anybody confirm this 100%?

This number shows up at least twice a day sometimes more and I've been charged numerous times even when my phone is off what the ???? Is this
