Why do I get charged for going over data for one day then it goes away the next day

Welcome @Mycarday: In order to help you better, you've to add more details to this issue. Do you see that charge, when you access the Data-daily-usage-list, what kind of plan is. When start to happen and did you pay an overcharge Data-used already. Sometimes are Telus-Data-System-errors. Another member reported that Telus payment system, took away back & forth his entirely account balance.

 

 How to minimize, overage-data charges. a) Buying additional Data. b) Set Up a limit on data-usage on phone. c)Turn off-Mobile data Untick[x] d)Remove battery when Telus notify you, that Data has reached 95% that's what I do - Turned off phone isn't enough. The issue about, extra Data charges it happens frequently, but users started to complaint, with the CRTC to get regulated. Report problem to: @TELUS support or call *611.  Bye "v9"
