I recently switched from a regular plan to prepaid a little over a month ago and now that money has been taken out of my account, I'd like to see a usage summary to make sure that it's accurate. When I log into my account and click to view the usage it goes to a page saying I'm not authorized to see this information. It's my information, why would I not be authorized? I'm the only person on this account.
You will need to call Telus about this. It appears your account was set up with you as a user, not the owner. This would be the case of an organization which assigns phones, which may have happened in your case.
The CS rep can toggle the category for you.
