I have the problem of not being able to reach the login page on the Telus website, using both Chrome and IE.

'This webpage is not available' is the claim, whether I try from the internet or my bookmark.

Repeated complaints by e-mail, including one to a top official at head office have been met with silence.

The only response I received was when 'talking' online with a representative who claimed it was an internal error and had been reported to the appropriate department.

That was over a month ago.

I can however reach Telus on my mobile but am interested to find what offers are specific to me and that can only be achieved over the internet.

I'm signed on to webmail with IE on my Vista machine and IE on my Win8 machine without problems.

Try this one instead. The webpages have been revamped, and the new domain is mobility.telus.com. The redirct from the telusmobility URL may not be working for your computer.

Also works fine in IE 11

I tried the second option.

It doesn't work for me in IE, Chrome and I downloaded Firefox especially for those two links and it too doesn't load those pages.
