What’s my account # to pay online

It would be written on your monthly statement on page 1.   If you don't have access to your bills you would need to call into Telus.  After you verify yourself they'll be able to provide it to you.

Once you have your account number, you can set up access in 'My Account' to easily review your billing info.

Your account number would be listed on your paper bill, if you're unable to locate a bill you can contact a team member and they'd be able to help get you set up online to make payments.
