I spent 1hr 15mins on hold before giving up.
I left a chat window request open for over 2hrs before I had to give up and shut the computer down.
I sent an email about my problem 1.5 WEEKS ago and they have not replied.
Their customer service gets a 1/10. Everyone else adds extra staff during busy times - not Telus apparently.
