What are the current customer service wait times?

I tried before christmas and eventually gave up, just wondering what wait times are?  I finally got my number activated but now I have billing issues.

Before Christmas all support channels were flooded because of a surprise promotion from another carrier. All other providers then scrambled and matched the BYOD 10GB $60/month cell plan. Normally live chat you can reach a CSR rep under 15 min.

Just Moved In

I spent 1hr 15mins on hold before giving up.

I left a chat window request open for over 2hrs before I had to give up and shut the computer down.

I sent an email about my problem 1.5 WEEKS ago and they have not replied.


Their customer service gets a 1/10.  Everyone else adds extra staff during busy times - not Telus apparently.

Right now it's 50 mins. Xmas day there were no waits surprisingly. It will probably continue to slow down tonight. We are open until 6pm all times. *611 from your cell phone or 1-866-558-2273

I mean all time zone times tonight because it's new year's eve. In general we are open Mon-Fri 8am-10pm and Sat and Sun 9am-8pm.
