I have a prepaid phone for my daughter and she received 41 test messages yesterday from Telus saying

Your account has been automatically topped up. Thank you for your business. Free msg from Telus
Why is this happening?

Hi - check out my message "automatic top-ups". Sounds like you got caught in the fray. Im still trying to get them to pay attention and fix this and have been trying since before Christmas. Good luck. geo

Best would be to contact Telus http://www.telus.com/get-help/contact-us/index.jsp if the problem persist, to have them look into it.
