If your phone is lost or stolen, be sure to report it right away. If you're on contract, I don't know if you can suspend the account itself or not. For that, you'd be safest calling in and asking a rep directly.

You can suspend the account through self serve, and MAY be able to return it to service. One of my phones can clearly be suspended and reactivated through the self-serve portal, but the other only shows deactivation options, and I'm unwilling to make a test drive.
