Cannot get support for 2 days .
I understand your frustration. I have been trying to get help from Telus for 4 days. Customer care is not a priority for Telus.
I got the same issue tried 4 times every time 3-4 hrs hold n disconnection. Started as a new customer just already hating them hopefully I move back to my old provider by 2morrow if can't get hold of them.
