Recently the My Account for Mobility part of the website has not been allowing users to change SIMs online? Why is this and will this change. Very in convenient, what's the deal? Thanks

The Neighbourhood is inhabited by customers, just like you, who have no insight into Telus operations and planning. We share information we have gained by experience or surmise. Telus has in the past few months moved a number of functions from the My Account portal, unfortunately. Competent users comfortable with such interfaces such as you and me, are unhappy with this change, but I expect there were sufficient who had trouble, or mucked it up, that they felt it better removed. I, too wish the removed functions were available.
