My phone has said no service since Monday April 9 in afternoon and still days mo service.
I am a pay and talk customer since 2003.

Have you dropped by a Telus Store to see if they could help you?  If the service is working for others, it might be the device you are using.  If it's old, it might be malfunctioning.  If it is a new device, there might be something wrong with the SIM, the device, or maybe the bands it supports for your area.  What device are you trying to use?
