Not really sure what you mean. If you are asking if you can switch to a post-paid account from your current pre-paid account, you would need to apply in the usual format with ID, etc., and be approved. You can port your current number to your new service.
If you mean, can you create an online account to manage your plan, then yes, you can complete this through the "My Account" section of Telus' website.
