July 27, I purchased an HTC one along with the insurance at $7.00 per month for replacement.  I was told - had her tell me twice - that if anything goes wrong I could return it to any telus store for replacement.  

I feel lyed too and cheated.  I am now out more money. 

 

WRONG!!!!  I have to phone and pay an additional $150.00 plus GST to replace it.  I did not drop it or get it wet.  So please, if you need a phone DO NOT BUY!!!

I'm sorry to hear that hun. Phone replacement due to warranty have coverage and if the issue of the phone is not covered(i.e. hardware defect, water damage, etc.) by the 1 year manufacturer's warranty you can always use the insurance and get a claim through www.phoneclaim.com/telus or by calling Asurion directly by dialing 1-866-281-4537. Hours of Operation: 5am – 12 midnight CST (6 am – midnight EST), 7 days a week, excluding Holidays.
