Question regarding vacation suspension

I can't reach 611 at this time, because wait times are exceeding 1 hour (likely because of the plan offers). I would like to place my phone on a 3 month vacation suspension, my billing cycle ends on the 28th of every month. I know that I will be prorated for my $77 per month plan, but I would like to know if anyone can say when the $30 charge will appear on my bill. If I suspend it now, will it appear on the closest bill, about to be generated on the 28th of December? Or would it appear on my January 28th, 2018 bill? And is the vacation suspension charge per month prorated as well.

Based on your timeline, I expect you would see the adjustments on your January invoice.
