How do I set up pre-authorized payments?

If it's using your credit card, you can login to your online account and there will be an option.

If it's with your bank account, visit a TELUS store and fill in a form for pre-authorized payments from your bank account.

You can also setup pre-authorized banking payments through telusmobility.com now by logging in and entering your bank account information. This svaes having to mail or fax in a form with the banking information.

You can also set this up from your telus mobile account.  log in, go to payment type, then preauthorized payments, and select chequing account.  fill in the required information (which you can get from one of your cheques), and presto! done!
