Telus,

My account number is <edited - removed personal data>. The phone number is <edited - removed personal data> . I keep getting a busy signal. I've got a smart hub and I'm in a remote area. Can you tell me whether the system is down or that it is really that busy?

Hi, are you able to use a Telus mobile device in your area? Do you know if other Telus users are having similar issues in your specific area?
