Paperless billing

Welcome @monajohns: To answer questions, here in the Forum-Additional details is required. But let's guess. 1) Are you inquiring if you can switch, from paper Bill to Paperless?. Yes, you can.

2) Are you trying to find out, what's the procedure to Register to e.Bill..just follow these steps.


1) Log In to your mobility account. Register if you don't have one.

2)Click the Billing tab. 3)Click Billing methods. 4)Select Go paperless. Then choose your favorite, method of Notification (Text/msge or e-mail) when bill is ready. 5)Click Save. The registration is done.


Telus will notify you by the 3th-4th of ea. month, that the Bill is ready. Advantages of Paperless, you save $2.00- I think from the charge of send paper bill. You'll see (Data-Messaging-Airtime) used the month before, plus you can view the bill in the Telus-Mobile App. Report results to forum. Bye "v9"

Only thing to add is that your notification date is dependent on your bill cycle so may come on a different day (vs. always being the 3rd or 4th of the month), it should say on your bill when yours is.
