I overpaid my Telus mobility bill by approx $410 - is there any way to get a refund for this??

Yes, you can contact Telus directly, and they can process a refund. It may take a month or so to be processed, though, so consider if leaving it on your account and consuming it over the next month or two makes the most sense for your situation.

You can also transfer it to your home services account if you haven't paid that bill yet.
