Hi!
Has anyone else had this issue where they only received 1 of the 2 phones they ordered for the EPP plan? I was on hold for over 2 hours and the lady who answered now has to call me back tomorrow?

Unfortunately, theft is a very common problem around the holidays. If one of your phones went missing in transit, they need to identify the device and blacklist it. Before doing that though, they will verify that both devices were sent out first. Hopefully they will send you out a replacement quickly when they get back to you.
