No service

Hi there

So I woke up in the middle of the night and my phone had no service. This is in my house in the middle of the city on the first floor where I have always had service.

I recently lost my phone and Telus suspended the service but I when I found it we called Telus again and my phone started working again. It's now two days later and it just stopped. I checked everything, like checking the network settings, making sure data is enabled, and restarted the phone. All I can find is under settings>about>network it says phone not allowed.
I obviously don't have a phone to call Telus, everyone In my house is gone for the weekend.

Like wth? Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
