No mobile account owner

Just Moved In

My mobile account has 4 subscribers. When looking at who is supposed to be owner or manager or member, no one is listed. This is just an account level showing. I can't add a mobile #, I cannot assign anyone to be just a member. My youngest son is the one getting the text for when the bill posts. This is a newer account. I am guessing I have to phone in to get this fixed. I do have to call anyways as I believe my billing may have errors. 

Since there is no mobile Owner status i guess there is no other way to edit these when logged into my account online?
