I just went from Koodo to Telus for the 10gig for $60 promo deal. It's been over over 5 hours now and I'm still waiting for my Telus sim card to activate, and all I get is "sim not provisioned". I went back to the Telus store to find out about the "sim not provisioned" and they can't bring up my account and they can't figure out why.
Could be any number of reasons, all of which can’t be addressed by this community of customers and volunteers. If the store where you purchased couldn’t help, it will take some digging on the part of Telus Tech Services to determine what has happened.
