Did you purchase a feature?

 

It is common for people to add funds to the account and then have the account quickly drained because they are using Pay Per Use data, texts, etc as there is no feature provisioned.

 

As NFtoBC mentioned your best bet is to contact somebody at TELUS to review your account with you.
