My telus emails will not send to shaw accounts. I can receive their emails but not reply

My telus emails will not send to shaw accounts.  I can receive their emails but not reply.  I am not having a problem with other telus accounts.

What happens if you send to non-shaw email accounts? If other accounts can receive those emails, than Shaw has your account blocked.
