I want to switch and be credited -The 365 day prepaid My First Phone Plan is not what I expected.

About 6 months ago I signed up for the My First Phone Plan for my son which was a 180 dollar charge for 365 days of unlimited text, and what I thought was 180 minutes per month of daytime calling. It turned out that it was only 180 minutes of calling for a whole year, which is pretty terrible. You don't seem to offer this plan any more and I want to switch, but I don't think it's fair that I would lose the $90 worth of plan that I paid for and haven't used up. How can I accomplish this? If I change my plan to something else will I be credited for the unused portion?


Contact customer service and ask what the terms for switching would be. Asking here will not get you a definitive answer as we are just Telus customers.
