That is what I have been trying to get, sat on hold for 2hrs and was just told they could not take my call.

 

Really upset and disappointed with how I was treated

This is Telus customer service. There is a possibility the the Twitter help desk will help you. They haven't helped me.

If you check support you will see the Twitter option. If you are very lucky they might get around to you in an hour. If you offend them possibility never.

just had same experience.  was told in store I can only resolve my issue on the phone.  after two hours on hold the call was ended
