Today is my granddaughter's first birthday! She is in California, and my daughter-in-law sent me either a picture or video by MMS. But instead of getting it on my phone, I got a message directing me to a website, into which I was supposed to enter my phone number and a password I don't know - it's not my regular Telus password. I was then instructed to send my phone number to get the password back by message. I did - twice - and have yet to receive anything half an hour later. I asked my daughter to send the pic/video by email when she gets a chance.
MMS is included in my monthly account. I can't believe that Telus would use such an archaic system for ALL MMS, so I think there must be some setting in my phone I need to change. My phone is a new iPhone 5C - definitely capable of receiving MMS, and the MMS setting is switched on. Can anyone help me?
