I have reached the end of my 3 yr contract! YAY!!
I'm now in a month-to-month plan.... I'm assuming I pre-pay for each month with any overage/extra usage added at the end of each month. How much noticed is required if I wish to cancel a month-to-month plan? Do I need to send a cancellation request in writing? Or can I simply call Telus? If I cancel part way through a month will I be credited for the days remaining that I've prepaid? I'm considering signing up for a new 2 yr term once the new iphone is released (next month?) and selling my existing iphone 5.
