@Alliemurchison - Welcome to Telus-forum: From my experience it takes 48hrs to appears as paid "AR" Usually I pay, from my Online bank acct-on the 20th ea.month. Hasn't trusted yet to pay with Ccard. Hehee! Weird ehh-they send you a notification, with the bill amount, but when is paid in full, don't Notify you. So check after 48 hrs & report results to forum. Stay-Tuned! "v9"
