Transferring your number is a very simple task. The information needed is your current providers account number, the PIN for the account, the phone number and if possible the IMEI from your current phone. (It does not hurt to bring in the phone to check for a Trade In Credit, which you can use towards the purchase of your new Telus device). You must also be the account administrator for the current account and it can not be in a delinquent status. Telus will take care of the rest.
