I just changed a Nano sim card from Micro card. I have already had a telus account but I didn't actvate it right away. How can I do it at home?

Recent discussion in the Neighbourhood indicates the ability once available to do this online is no longer offered. You need to call in to Telus (*611) to change your SIM card.

The problem is I can't make a call for sim card is not activated.

Then you may need to call 1-866-558-2273 from another phone.
