HELP! Didn't get 5$ off this months bill (prepaid)

Hello, I just bought a prepaid Telus phone today and when registering my account I saw that when you set up a 15$ or more per month recurring 'plan/add-on', you will get 5$ off per month for 6 months (total of 30$ off over 6 months). I chose the unlimited text messaging add-on for 15$, but for some reason my account statement says I was charged the full 15$ for the add-on, not 10$ like it should be. Can someone help me?

For billing issues it is best to phone in. Account level changes or inquiries cannot be completed from the forums.
