I am in BC, one of the favorite #'s on my plan is to Ontario- does this mean I can call it anytime and not be billed?
Also, It wont let me put the 1 in front of the #.

Depends on the plan you have, some of TELUS' older plans have only local favorite numbers. If your bill says 5 or 10 Nationwide Favorites then you're good to go and won't be charged. Don't worry about the '1', you don't need to input it.
