Shawn wanted to give feedback on TELUS app. In the "Billing & Payments" it shows "Latest Amount Owing if received by (due date)" client wanted to give feedback that he feels it is unclear and misleading - his input is that it would be more clear and simple for clients if it stated "Current balance as of (current date). That way clients would understand that it reflects any changes up to the day showing.
