I have a 3 year contract with 2 years to go. I have a iphone 5 and i want to get a different phone. Am i allowed to just take out my SIM card and put it in a new phone and then just sell or trade my iphone 5? Or is the phone it's self under my name and have to go telus to switch the phone before i can sell it?
Yes you are allowed to sell your phone and to use your sim on another Telus compatible phone (or transfer line on new sim if your current sim does not fit). No need to contact Telus before selling your phone
