I searched around and it seems Telus doesn't have a system to block outgoing calls/messages. I was wondering if we change our phone number, will that reset our Mobility Account. We don't want access to old bills that have certain phone numbers we want a member of the family to avoid.
No, changing your number will not change you to a new account, wiping out the old billing information. That might be addressed by closing the account, but does not prevent authorized individuals from accessing old account information by request to Telus.
