Why was my 10 day bill 317 dollars?

we can not tell as to why you got charged that much but possible reason is an overage. you might have been charged for additional local call, long distance or data. 

also possible that you have partial charges that normally happens iwhen your plan has been changed in the middle of your billing cycle.

to know all of these, you can call *611 from your telus mobile or 1866-558-2273 from any device.
