Can I add a second phone to my account if I have an overdue balance?

Really, if you want to make any changes to your account, the account should be in good standing, meaning in part, you can have an amount due, but not overdue. Overdue signals an inability to pay for what you already have, so Telus is not likely to give you more.

Customer Care would be the best place to give you the answer you seek.  Paying it off would help but if your balance has been overdue for more than a couple of months, more than likely the answer will be a no.
