Hey @JarRolfe are you referring to account manage for self-serve on their website? If that's what you mean, you can create a new account at https://mobility.telus.com/youraccount/Registration.portal or call TELUS to get them to switch an existing account.
If you are referring to allowing someone access to make changes to your account over the phone, you need to call in, and there are still limitations as to what they can do.
