Account showing less minutes than I should have

One question that I forgot to ask in my previous topic: When I renewed/transferred ownership of my number, the plan I picked came with 300 minutes. When I check my account though it only shows that I have 100.

If I only have ten days between the start of my contract and the end of my first billing cycle, is this normal?

Yes, your first period is shortened, and the minutes pro-rated over the period, which is why you see only 100 of 300 minutes. Once the a new billing period begins, you will have your expected days and minutes.
