The account number would be on your statement or you can log into your Telus.com account and find it there. If you are unable to log into your Telus account you would need to call into customer care and verify yourself as the account holder (PIN or Driver's Licence).
Login where? The My Telus login site has a Forgot Password link, where you should be able to address the issue. This Neighbourhood is inhabited by customers, just like you.
