Good Morning
We are having problems with customers not receiving our emails.
I did read that it could have something to do with our port number and the customers actually having their email set up to block email coming from port 25.
Would you be able to help me with this?
Thanks

Blocking ports is kinda like taping your mail slot shut, locking your gate, and putting a doberman in your yard, all the time wondering why your bills and Christmas cards don't come.
Port 25 is the port email is transfered using SMTP between servers. You can get some idea of the number of ports and their uses here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers
Your customers may need to adjust their spam settings. One way for them to do this is to send a message to you, and by keeping your address in their contacts.
