Account Renewal


I have been a Telus customer for many years.   I have 3 mobility accounts and 2 contracts are up for renewal.    I have spoken with a number of Telus agents regarding renewal and not one has been able to offer me a valid reason to resign.    In the past I have spoken with agents who  look at my "usage" and then with thought and wisdom,  negotiate/offer a plan that suits my needs.  


But not this time.
