Hello I am a teenager with little money to spare so I use Telus' prepaid plans. I don't know what it was my brains reasoning but I decided to switch out my talk and text 22 plan with a 100 minute and unlimited messaging add on. I thought that this would act as a plan but I was mistaking. So now I am out of a plan and $25 that I spent on something that I thought was something else. I am unable to use any of these features so if they can be reset or if I can be given Telus credit or something along those lines it would be greatly appreciated.

You could cut your losses by purchasing the $10 package, and using the excess minutes from your add-ons. They should still be available once you set up a basic plan.
There are no refunds for prepaid, unfortunately.
