Why has the $2 Self Serve adoption credit not been applied to my September bill?
I have not made any changes to my account. Did Telus eliminate this credit?

For any account related issues including billing you must call Telus. *611 from your phone. Or you can initiate a live chat the earlier you call the less wait time you will have.
