You should be able to remove it in self serve.
If not Contact Telus through the usual channels.

Not possible had to change to new $ 100 talk and text then there is no $10 charge just limits on # of talk times and texts. The old $100 prepaid 365 is not considered a plan as of August . The remaining money on old plan would go down $10 a month until used up.The money in the old account was transfered to my new talk and text with a $30 added to use the new plan for $100 for the YEAR and no $10 prepaid services block a month. The old plan was used up by the number of minutes and texts. and i would never use up the $100 (had a balance left over end of year) Telus doesn't want money sitting unused so now i pay $100 and have no money carried over after i top up in 2019. It is for traveling only so have to live with it. The large balance i had early this year i used it up to get a new phone from them maybe i a'm ahead of it. Peace of mind only. Polecat

Eight bucks and change per month is pretty cheap peace of mind. As Telus adds ever more towers along B.C. hiway system, it provides more certainty of connectivity as one travels.
