I have been a telus customer forever, I have a telusplanet.net e mail and would much prefer a simpler telus.net address. Can I transfer or do I have to open a new account. If I require a new account, how do I do that?

Call Telus support, and see what they can do for you. Let us know the result.
For about $10 per year, you can also have you own unique email address, and take it with you wherever you go.

Hi, you don't have to create a new account.
Telus's email addresses used to end in @telusplanet.net, but this has long changed. To take advantage of an email that ends in @telus.net, simply call Telus and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with this.

You can start using the telus.net domain now. If someone sends email to yourname@telus.net you will get it now. The only thing you need to change in your email client is the reply address.
